In this quest, get a Fishing Pole from the Shed at The Village in District 4, then do some fishing at The Ravaged Beach. Click the green arrow pointing in the water to fish.

In this quest, work with Nixie to prepare the Lure at The Cliff.

Now that you are finished helping Haymitch Abernathy, travel back to District 4 to continue helping Nixie with her Lure. In this quest, Reed will show you how to make Fish Hooks for the Lure, at The Tip. You’ll need Metal Scraps to complete this quest.
