• Use it to defeat the especially gnarly Stinger Mutts troubling District 2 in the “Arrow Up” quest

Where do I find it?

• Craft Smoking Torch (medium time) for the “Pass the Torch” quest in your Workshop
• It may only be crafted in your Workhouse using Wood, Wax and Vine

How do I use it?

• Use it to smoke the Tracker Jackers out of their nest in order to gain Fresh Wax for Effie in the “Smoke Them Out” quest

Where do I find it?

• Craft Dress Design in your Cottage (long time) using Notes, Red Dye, and Muse
• This item is locked until the Victory Tour portion of the game and appears in the Cottage after designing Katniss’ wedding dress
• Crafting time may be reduced 60 minutes by a visiting friend

How do I use it?

• Use it as a consumable to gain 20 XP
• Dress Design is unique as a Cottage item that gains XP for the player
