If you have a question about a transaction in The Hunger Games Adventures, please contact our Billing Department.

When contacting Customer Support, make sure to include:

  1. The same email address that you use on your Facebook account (Failing to do will result in significant delays to your request for support)
  2. An explanation of what you’re experiencing when attempting to use your Facebook Credits in The Hunger Games Adventures.
