MISSING ITEMS, MATERIAL OR QUEST PROGRESS

  1. “Stuck” on a quest (Cannot Continue With Game)
  2. Lost connection (reload), then quest item missing
  3. Completed quest objective, quest item not given
  4. Missing Material(s) Needed to Build (or Rebuild) a Forest Escape Item
  5. “Stuck” waiting for nails, muse, flame, or focus

KNOWN ISSUES

  1. Missing quest item from inventory
  2. Object missing from Forest Escape
  3. Game opens to loading screen, stops around 75%
  4. “Parachuted Package” or “Red Crate”
  5. “Gift Sack” missing or unable to open
  6. Character does not walk over to a Forest Escape item when interacting with it
  7. Friends clicking to send an item, but item is never received
  8. Trees, rocks and weeds respawning over top of items in the Forest Escape
  9. Destroyed Muttation respawns after quest is completed
  10. Textual Issues
  11. Some accounts playable, some not, from same computer
  12. RESOLVED: Game continuously refresh/reloads without ever opening
  13. RESOLVED: Mockingjay Pins are missing or not received

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
